A renowned chef from Banyoles who was the owner and chef of the acclaimed Ca l’Arpa restaurant in Banyoles until last year. For 14 years, this restaurant was awarded a Michelin star and 2 Guía Repsol Suns.

At Casa Anamaria, Pere Arpa oversees three dining spaces: Restaurant Can Motes, the Pool Bar and event areas. His culinary approach is based on “traditional cuisine representative of Pla de l’Estany,” blending “environment, culture and regional products.” Notable dishes include birds, head and feet with shrimp, sautéed squid with neck bacon, and sardines with chickpeas, offering a diverse menu that reflects the rich gastronomy of the region.
