We have the enormous pleasure of benefiting from the great talent of chef Victor Trochi , a Michelin-Starred chef who offers cooking based on fresh products, typical Catalan dishes and genuine signature cuisine that more than meets the high expectations from such a professional.
His culinary ideas are paired with an extensive range of wines and champagnes offered by our sommelier Ana Vicens.
