El banyolí Pere Arpa, chef ejecutivo de Casa Anamaria Hotel & Villas, fue, hasta el año pasado, propietario y chef del restaurante Ca l’Arpa, de Banyoles, reconocido durante 14 años con 1 estrella Michelin y con 2 soles de la Guía Repsol. El cocinero es el responsable de tres espacios gastronómicos: restaurante Can Motes, Pool Bar y zonas para eventos. Con Pere Arpa apostamos por una “cocina tradicional y representativa del Pla de l’Estany” que liga “territorio, cultura y productos de proximidad”. Las aves, la cabeza y pata con gambas, los calamares salteados con tocino del cuello y las sardinas con garbanzos son algunos de los platos presentes en “una carta variada”.
